Cybex upper-body circuit 3x, 12 - 15 reps per set, except the weightless Ab Crunches. Each pass (set) thought the circuit included:

Sitting Rows, Lats Pull-down, Lower Back Extension, Shoulder Press, Chest Press, Chest Flies, Bicep curls, Triceps extension, Triceps push-down, Torso Twists, Ab Crunches (with weight), 100 Ab Crunches (without weight)

Lower body work comes from cycling or running.
